About the Role

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey, from initial inquiry to post-delivery follow-up. This role focuses on enhancing the sales experience, ensuring complete customer satisfaction with the purchase process, and actively generating future sales opportunities through referrals and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Inquiry Management:
• Coordinate and manage customer test drive requests and follow up on initial sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Serve as a point of contact to ensure transparent and timely communication between the Sales Consultant and the customer during the booking process.
• Sales Delivery & Onboarding:
• Conduct personalized post-delivery follow-up calls to new vehicle owners to ensure satisfaction with the entire sales experience and vehicle handover process.
• Handle and resolve any initial minor queries related to vehicle features, accessories, or sales documentation.
• Feedback and Retention:
• Administer customer satisfaction surveys (CSI) specifically targeting the sales and delivery experience to identify areas of excellence and improvement.
• Proactively seek positive feedback and referrals from satisfied customers to generate new leads for the Sales team.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales follow-up status, customer interactions, and referral generation metrics for the Sales Management team.
• Ensure all customer communication aligns strictly with MG and dealership brand standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a Customer Service, Customer Relationship, or Telesales role, preferably within the automotive or a related high-value retail industry.

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and verbal) are mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
