Job Title: EV Co-ordinator

Location: Nashik, MG Dealership

Job Summary:

The EV Co-ordinator will be the key liaison between the dealership, customers, and third-party EV charger installation teams. The primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and seamless EV charger installation process for all customers, from initial inquiry to final installation and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Serve as the SPOC for customers regarding EV charger installation. Provide updates, answer queries, and manage expectations throughout the process.
• Dealer Coordination: Work closely with the sales and service teams to initiate the installation process as soon as a vehicle is booked.
• Third-Party Liaison: Coordinate with the third-party EV charger installation team to schedule site surveys, installations, and follow-ups.
• Documentation & Process Management: Ensure all required documentation for installation, permissions, and subsidies is completed accurately and on time.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the SPOC for any issues or delays related to the installation process and work to resolve them promptly.
• Reporting: Maintain a tracker of all ongoing installations and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest EV technology, charging standards, and government subsidies to effectively guide customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or coordination role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
