Job Title: New Car Loan Executive Location: Nashik, Maharashtra Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Car Loan Executive to join our team at the MG dealership in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in securing financing for their new car purchases. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the loan process, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both customers and financial partners. Key Responsibilities: Guide and counsel new car buyers on the various loan options available from different banks and financial institutions. Collect, review, and verify all necessary documents from customers for loan application submission. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and banks/financial institutions to ensure a smooth and timely loan approval process. Regularly follow up on the status of loan applications and provide timely updates to customers. Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, approvals, and disbursements. Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets. Address all customer queries and concerns related to the loan process professionally and efficiently. Stay updated on the latest financial products, interest rates, and loan policies of partner banks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in loan processing, financial services, or sales, preferably within the automotive industry Freshers with learning ability are welcome. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and disbursement targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial terms in a simple manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a working knowledge of CRM software. The primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and seamless EV charger installation process for all customers, from initial inquiry to final installation and handover. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Serve as the SPOC for customers regarding EV charger installation. Provide updates, answer queries, and manage expectations throughout the process. Dealer Coordination: Work closely with the sales and service teams to initiate the installation process as soon as a vehicle is booked. Third-Party Liaison: Coordinate with the third-party EV charger installation team to schedule site surveys, installations, and follow-ups.
