Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

As an Overseas Education Counselor at Campus Overseas, you will be responsible for guiding students on study abroad opportunities, assisting them in choosing the right universities and courses, and providing ethical and personalized advice throughout the application process. Your role will involve counseling students on various study options available in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more, ensuring that they receive clear and accurate information to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Guide students on study abroad opportunities and help them choose suitable universities and courses. - Provide ethical and personalized advice to students throughout the application process. - Counsel students on various study options in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more. - Assist students in collecting and preparing all necessary documentation for their applications. - Offer ongoing support and follow-up to ensure a smooth and successful application process. - Utilize excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students and provide guidance. Qualifications Required: - A graduate degree is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply. - A customer service mindset and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. - Previous experience in counseling or customer relations would be advantageous but not mandatory.
