About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with teachers, schools, and clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth communication process with the company. You will be the face of our organisation, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, schools, and clients.
• Coordinate with academic reviewers for book reviews and feedback.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update reports regularly.
• Support the sales and academic team by sharing customer insights and feedback.
• Follow up with stakeholders for reviews, product feedback, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a positive brand experience.
• Assist in organising outreach programs, events, and academic interactions when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
