Duties

• Engage with customers through various channels to provide support and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems.
• Provide exceptional client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when requiredCollaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.

• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and presentations as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable.
• Two year experience as a Customer Relationship Executive
• Strong sales acumen with experience in outbound calling or call center environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
