Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to maintain an up-to-date customer database and records in the system. You will be required to make service reminder calls, take appointments, and conduct post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will need to answer calls professionally, provide information about products and services, and handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as following up on customer requests and complaints, will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain up-to-date customer database and records in the system - Conduct service reminder calls and schedule appointments - Perform post-service feedback calls to customers - Answer calls professionally and provide necessary information about products and services - Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with actions taken - Follow up to ensure appropriate actions were taken on customer requests/complaints - Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests as per escalation matrix - Conduct insurance renewal reminder calls and promote BharatBenz Insurance - Make service measure calls and 2nd PDI (post-body building for CBC vehicles) calls as required Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of insurance processes and procedures is a plus Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person, and the job type is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule.
