Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon Job Type: Full time, permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and grow relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, handling queries, resolving issues, and helping to deliver a seamless client experience that drives long-term loyalty and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized support. Understand client needs and objectives to proactively offer solutions and ensure service satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client requirements. Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Monitor client account activity, usage, and satisfaction to identify risks or growth opportunities. Assist in upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and communications in CRM tools. Collect feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and client experience. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role (client relationship, account management, or customer service). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
