We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to handle daily customer enquiries and build strong relationships with our buyers. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, problem-solver, and capable of turning enquiries into positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and website chat. Provide clear product information, order updates, and guide customers through the buying process. Follow up with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the operations team. Maintain daily enquiry logs and provide feedback for improvement. Engage with customers politely and professionally, ensuring a positive brand image. ✅ Familiarity with Social Media , especially Instagram (DMs, Stories, Posts). ✅ Fluent in English – both written and spoken. ✅ Fast and accurate typing skills for quick response handling. ✅ Good communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude. ✅ Basic understanding of customer support and online shopping behavior. ✅ Experience in handling customer chats, WhatsApp Business, or Instagram messages is a plus.
