Customer Relationship Associate - Electrical Equipments

As a Customer Relationship Associate at our store located at Lower Ground Floor, FC-2, Ireo City Central, Sector 59, Badshapur Gurugram, Haryana, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Electrical Equipment business. You will work closely with the Store Head to ensure the smooth execution of the store's operational strategy. Your key responsibilities will include having a good understanding of Electrical Equipment product ranges, conducting in-store product demonstrations, maintaining the right price display, ensuring replenishment, and enhancing the overall look and feel of the section. You will lead a team of category associates to welcome customers, assess their needs, assist in selecting the right products, provide solutions and services, and strive to achieve top-line category sales, bill count, average bill value, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be accountable for effective inventory management within the section, maintaining market intelligence to ensure the availability of the right products at competitive prices, and fostering continuous learning, engagement, and professional growth among the associates. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate or post-graduate degree and have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a B2C retail environment, preferably in a managerial capacity. Strong customer focus, leadership skills, teamwork, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this position. Understanding local market trends in Gurgaon would be advantageous.
