Customer Relations Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Representative to manage inbound calls, provide product information, understand customer needs, and guide them towards suitable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to accurately record customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide brief and clear information about the company and its products/machinery.
• Understand customer needs and requirements thoroughly.
• Guide customers on product features, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist customers in the buying process, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
• Record all customer interactions, data, and transaction details accurately in the computer system.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and build rapport.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service quality.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry
• Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to understand and explain product features clearly
• Good listening skills and patience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
