Job Description:

Samruddhi Machinery is seeking a dedicated and proactive Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, suggesting appropriate machinery solutions, and providing comprehensive product and service information. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to engage customers effectively to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our machinery products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
• Provide detailed information about products, features, and benefits.
• Record and update customer data accurately in the database.
• Search for relevant data online and maintain organized records.
• Follow up with customers to close sales and build long-term relationships.
• Utilize marketing and sales scripts effectively to persuade and convert customers.
• Communicate fluently in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

Requirements:

• Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially data searching and recording.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate machinery.
• Good sales and marketing skills with a persuasive approach.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of machinery products (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
