You are a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) responsible for representing Biotecnika to clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support. Your key responsibilities include: - **Team Management:** - Lead, coach, and manage a team of CRM executives to provide excellent customer service. - Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular team reviews. - Offer continuous training and feedback to enhance individual and team productivity. - Cultivate a culture of accountability, empathy, and professionalism within the team. - **Process Management & Reporting:** - Address client issues promptly and efficiently. - Monitor and analyze CRM metrics, preparing performance reports for senior management. - Propose and implement process improvements and best practices in CRM. **Key Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field) - 5-8 years of experience in Customer Relationship/Support/Account Management roles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities - Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset - Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.,
