As a candidate for the position, your role will involve converting inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating and utilizing persuasive skills. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about our services, and scheduling direct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and offer personalized solutions. Additionally, you will manage online appointments with clients while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor. Utilizing CRM software to track and manage client interactions, as well as addressing client concerns, complaints, and inquiries to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction will also be key responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market demands to provide valuable insights to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication - Handle client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information - Schedule and conduct direct meetings with clients to understand their requirements - Manage online appointments with clients and maintain a professional demeanor - Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions - Address client concerns, complaints, and inquiries for timely resolution - Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market demands Qualification Required: - Graduation or Post Graduation - 2 years of experience in customer relations in NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Photography, or Event management field preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships - Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, candidates with extensive experience may be offered a higher salary package. The ability to commute or relocate to Kochi, Kerala, is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for education requirements, and candidates with 2 years of total work experience are preferred.
