Job Description

Service Advisor

Job Summary:

Act as the key liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
  • Create job cards and explain service estimates.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team for timely delivery.
  • Communicate service updates and delivery timelines to customers.
  • Upsell value-added services and AMC plans.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Graduate in Automotive or Mechanical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good technical knowledge and customer handling skills.
  • Familiar with DMS (Dealer Management Systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
