Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive, located in Ghaziabad. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves addressing customer concerns, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
