Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Associate located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Customer Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and handling customer service inquiries. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, managing customer feedback, and working closely with the service providers to ensure premium service delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
• Proficiency in managing customer feedback and resolving customer concerns
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Must be proficient with Marathi, English and Hindi
