Job Title: Customer Relation Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Relation Officer to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves building strong relationships, handling customer concerns, and supporting the sales/service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from existing and new clients
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention.
• Assist in addressing complaints and escalate issues when required.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.
• Prior experience in customer service/relations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
