About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Relations Associate. The role involves 

engaging with potential clients, providing information about our drone-based products and 

services, and assisting with customer queries. Ideal candidates should have strong 

communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. 

Freshers are also welcome. 

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential customers 

● Introduce and explain our DroneTech products, services, and training programs clearly 

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups 

● Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution 

● Collaborate with internal teams to provide smooth support and communication 

Requirements

● Good communication skills in English or Malayalam 

● 0–1 years of telecalling or customer support experience (freshers highly encouraged) 

● Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage 

● Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude 

● Willingness to work from Kochi and adapt to flexible work schedules
