About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Relations Associate who is fluent in Hindi. The role involves engaging with potential clients, providing information about our drone-based products and services, and assisting with customer queries. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Freshers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi-speaking regions
• Introduce and explain our DroneTech products, services, and training programs clearly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide smooth support and communication

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi and good communication skills in English or Malayalam
• Experience: 0–1 year (freshers may also apply) experience in customer relations, telecalling, or customer service (freshers welcome)
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work from Kochi and adapt to flexible work schedules
