Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and support.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure smooth functioning and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service history.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Assist in handling complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives aimed at improving customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales coordination (renewable energy or related fields preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
