Job Description

You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner, answering and directing phone calls promptly, and efficiently managing front desk operations. This includes handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Additionally, you will be scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Your role will involve coordinating with internal departments for smooth office functioning, handling visitor inquiries, and providing accurate information. You may also be required to maintain staff attendance records or visitor logs as needed and monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary. To excel in this role, you should be a female candidate with a presentable and professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, if required), a pleasant personality, and a customer-friendly attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, and prior experience in a front office or receptionist role is advantageous. You should also have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. The minimum qualification required is a High School diploma, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
