Customer Relation Associate & Collections (Voice)

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. Your main tasks will include handling customer inquiries through phone calls, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints effectively, and providing accurate information about products and services. You will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer service process. Additionally, you will need to generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales metrics to help enhance customer service processes. Proactively engaging with existing customers to gather feedback, identify service improvement opportunities, and enhance customer loyalty will also be a key part of your role. You will be expected to identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes and workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or a related role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer issues calmly and efficiently are essential. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is also crucial. This is a full-time position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management and customer service. Proficiency in English communication is a must for this role.,
