Job Title: Customer Project Specialist I Location: Bangalore Duration: 12 Months Work Type: Onsite Job Description: As a part of the Field Operations and as a Regional Service Expert, you will support the theatre-level direct sales organization. As a problem solver, you are viewed by partners and collaborators as a trusted advisor. You will be an SME and as a critical issue point of contact, you will gain knowledge and expertise around the service categories You will monitor and ensure corporate and local business rules are followed within service categories. You will perform root cause analysis and creative thinking to develop balanced solutions across service categories. Conducts tools or process training for new reps or partners. You will be need to perform some problem solving involving cross-functional partnerships. Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view. Provides mentorship, direction and instruction to less-experienced team members and colleagues Other general expectations: Data analytics skills with ability to translate data into business intelligence Ability to translate the client and our stakeholders priorities in a consultative manner to drive operational excellence Solution minded, understanding root cause and able to implement necessary changes Enjoys working in a fast-paced changing environment. Take-charge attitude and able to demonstrate flexibility, resiliency and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships within the client. Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills both inside of direct organization and across cross functional teams Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships within the client and externally.
