Project Manager

As a Project Manager - Civil for a Highway Project in Ludhiana (NHAI Project), your role will involve leading and managing the execution of highway infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely delivery within budget and specifications for road, bridge, retaining wall, and related construction activities. - Collaborating with design, engineering, and consulting teams to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness. - Overseeing compliance with safety standards, quality control, and operational procedures. - Managing project documentation, including NH documentation and reporting to the Head Office. - Coordinating with Authority Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors for smooth project execution. - Procuring resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment, and negotiating contracts with vendors. - Monitoring progress, preparing and presenting reports, and resolving critical issues. - Supervising the workforce, ensuring proper resource allocation and task completion. - Obtaining necessary permits and licenses for road projects. - Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols during construction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in highway/civil construction projects. - Strong knowledge of NHAI standards, road safety, and construction processes. - Proven experience in managing teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
