Project Manager

Role Overview: As a NetApp Global Services Solution Center Project Manager, you will lead critical strategic programs and projects, collaborating with professionals across all NetApp PS functions to deliver value through successful service delivery improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives set during project initiation - Manage project requests, including scoping, stakeholder management, and schedule negotiation - Conduct project status updates and meetings with project and leadership teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and positive customer outcomes - Work closely with customer delivery teams and Centers of Excellence - Provide guidance and supervision to project team members - Support efforts to develop and launch PS best practices Qualifications Required: - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to manage all project aspects from design to implementation - Capability to work collaboratively, lead, and motivate team members to meet goals and timelines - Aptitude for learning new technologies and applications - Creative problem-solving approach - Demonstrated Project and Program Management experience - Proficiency with project management applications for reporting, tracking, checklists, and scheduling - Ability to manage relationships and individuals at all business levels Additional Company Details: NetApp offers a hybrid working environment to enhance connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
