Role Description

Telecalling & Customer Outreach Interns

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Maintain a daily call log and update CRM with responses.
• Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback and market insights.
• Support the sales and marketing team in campaigns and outreach.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in [insert preferred languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Assamese].
• Confidence in speaking over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.

Duration

5 days a week (Mon - Fri) for 3 months (can be extended or converted to full-time based on performance). Interns will also have the opportunity to work in partner organizations based on performance.
