Elderly Support Associate (Female)

Job Summary

Projexel Foundation is hiring Elderly Support Associates (Female) under its KormiShakti – Connecting Talent to Opportunity employment outreach initiative. This role involves supporting elderly individuals and assisting in day-to-day household tasks in homes across India, primarily Assam.

Selected candidates must report to the Projexel Foundation office in Guwahati for verification and orientation. Placements will be arranged in safe and verified homes across different states of India, primarily Assam.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly individuals with daily activities (companionship, movement, hygiene).
• Perform general household duties like cleaning, kitchen help, laundry, etc.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and respect in the household environment.
• Communicate regularly with the Projexel Foundation support team.
• Stay committed and dependable in all assigned roles.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only (Age: 18–45 years).
• Candidate must be a resident of Assam
• Physically fit and emotionally responsible.
• Prior experience in elderly care or domestic work preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to relocate as per assignment location.
• Must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
