About the Role:

Projexel Foundation is inviting applications for the role of Elderly Caregiver (Female) under its KormiShakti initiative. This role is ideal for compassionate, responsible women who are dedicated to supporting elderly individuals and managing light household duties. Selected candidates will be placed with families or institutions across India where elderly care is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor health and medication schedules as instructed by family or healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and companionship to the elderly
• Perform light household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery assistance
• Maintain hygiene and safety of the caregiving environment
• Report health concerns or incidents promptly to concerned family members or authorities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female
• Age: 20 to 45 years
• Minimum Education: Class 10 pass
• Experience:
• Prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or household support is preferred
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, elderly care practices, and simple household work
• Language Skills: Able to communicate in Hindi or English
• Commitment: Must be available for work for a minimum period of one year

Employment Terms:

• The employee will be on-roll with Projexel Foundation
• Monthly salary will be transferred directly into the employee’s bank account
• Accommodation and food will be provided free of cost at the placement location
• Travel to the placement site will be facilitated by Projexel Foundation
• Regular support and monitoring will be provided by our coordination team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
