Job Description

As an Onboarding Analyst at impress.ai, your main responsibility will be to act as the primary Point of Contact for impress.ai implementations for leading organizations globally and in the region. You will play a crucial role in understanding the business requirements of clients, configuring the platform to meet their needs, providing training and onboarding sessions, and ensuring their future success. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams will be essential in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Onboarding project manager to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation processes. - Engage cross-functionally with customer success, account management, operations engineering, and product teams to facilitate customer onboarding. - Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to comprehend their business processes and needs. - Design appropriate onboarding plans, workflow templates, and platform configurations in coordination with the Customer Success team. - Conduct client trainings and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate platform configurations. - Lead the launch strategy and process for each client, ensuring a successful handover to the Account management team. - Generate comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications and meeting minutes, to foster effective collaboration among teams. - Provide valuable input for product roadmaps and feature enhancements related to the onboarding process. - Develop customizable onboarding packs/programs tailored to the unique needs of customers, including standard decks and documentations for efficient client onboarding. **Qualifications:** - Certifications or completed courses in areas such as Cloud Computing, AI, Project Management, Business Analysis, or SaaS are considered advantageous. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar IT role. - An engineering-related degree is beneficial, especially for understanding SaaS platform configuration aspects. **What We Are Looking For:** - Ability to evaluate the pros and cons of different solutions effectively. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical and structured thinking abilities. - Quick grasp of interrelationships between various disciplines and concepts. - Strong influence, advocacy, and communication skills. - Passionate, self-driven, creative problem-solver with a positive attitude. - Comfortable with software, technology, and platform configuration. - Detail-oriented with a professional approach in a fast-paced environment. - Confidence in engaging positively with diverse stakeholders in client organizations. **Good to have:** - Knowledge of SaaS and B2B. - Preferred experience in HR-tech. - Understanding of agile methodology and enterprise architecture.
