In this role, you will represent a luxury retail experience across digital platforms, helping customers through their buying journey with personalized attention, care, and expert product knowledge. You will play a vital part in building lasting relationships and driving sales through exceptional service. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers viachat, WhatsApp, and audio/video calls, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance. Stay updated onproduct features, brand policies, and servicesto guide customers confidently. Support customers throughout thepre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchasestages to ensure a seamless experience. Build trust and rapport by understanding individual customer needs, preferences, and styles. Proactively follow up on inquiries toensure timely order fulfillmentand customer satisfaction. Maintainhigh standards of service and communicationacross all customer touchpoints to ensure customer delight. What We're Looking For: 12 years of experiencein customer service or sales, preferably within aluxury retail or high-end e-commerceenvironment. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillsto represent a premium brand voice. A genuine passion forpeople and customer-centric service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability tobuild rapport and engage in meaningful conversations. Comfort withflexible working hours/days, as needed. Proficiency insocial media platformsandMS Office tools(Word, Excel).
