In this role, you will represent a luxury retail experience across digital platforms, helping customers through their buying journey with personalized attention, care, and expert product knowledge. You will play a vital part in building lasting relationships and driving sales through exceptional service. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via chat, WhatsApp, and audio/video calls, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance. Stay updated on product features, brand policies, and services to guide customers confidently. Support customers throughout the pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase stages to ensure a seamless experience. Build trust and rapport by understanding individual customer needs, preferences, and styles. Proactively follow up on inquiries to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain high standards of service and communication across all customer touchpoints to ensure customer delight. What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within a luxury retail or high-end e-commerce environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent a premium brand voice. A genuine passion for people and customer-centric service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations. Comfort with flexible working hours/days, as needed. Proficiency in social media platforms and MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
