Customer Experience Executive

As a Customer Support Representative, your role involves attending and managing non-sales inbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving issues independently or escalating them to the relevant teams such as Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, or Technical Support. It is crucial to update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM and diligently follow up on open tickets until they are successfully closed. Your approach must be professional, empathetic, and solution-driven to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, collecting customer feedback and ensuring service quality are integral parts of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support is required - At least 2 years of experience in handling inbound voice calls is necessary - Prior experience with Teleperformance for 2 years is also a requirement Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
