What you will do:

  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership on systems trends, risks, and opportunities. Lead strategic initiatives and influence business decisions through deep technical insight and analysis.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and deliver insights to support decision-making.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer strategic solutions to complex challenges and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Opportunity & Risk Management: Identify risks and opportunities, recommend actions, and support cost-effective decisions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects. Ensure alignment with executive goals and conduct post-project reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and enhance tools, processes, and policies to improve business efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive goal setting and planning across divisions. Present business plans and identify cross-functional synergies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and external regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business outcomes.

You will be a great fit if you

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in customer experience, business analysis, or strategic project management.
  • Are proficient in tools like Excel, Access, and other data analysis platforms.
  • Have experience in corporate communications, especially involving data and technology.
  • Have supported executive teams and contributed to strategic communication planning.
  • Excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy leading high-impact initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement.
  • Understand compliance, governance, and process optimization.
  • Adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Embrace innovation and are excited about shaping what’s next.
