Customer Executive/Voice-Technical Support(UK Process)

You are being hired to work in an International Voice Process in Pune. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for international customers, resolving queries, providing appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining call logs, and following standard procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers. - Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Maintain call logs and follow standard procedures. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. - Basic computer and typing skills required. - Incentives based on performance. Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA. The work mode is hybrid, and the shifts are in UK Shift/Technical Support.
