Customer Executive

As a Service Engineer at 4Bell Technology in the Customer Success, Service & Operations department, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of machine services and upholding our commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide 24/7 after-sales support for machines to maintain uninterrupted service. - Efficiently install machines to ensure optimal performance. - Respond promptly to breakdown calls and provide effective resolutions. - Perform preventive maintenance as per SLA agreements to prolong machine longevity. - Timely submission of vouchers to streamline administrative processes. - Adhere to SLAs to meet customer expectations and uphold company standards. - Conduct software upgrades to keep machines up to date. - Escalate calls as per the Escalation Matrix. **Qualifications:** - 0-5 years of relevant experience in after-sales support or a related field. - Any Graduate (UG) degree. - Any Postgraduate (PG) degree. - Doctorate degree not mandatory but preferred. 4Bell Technology specializes in the Industrial Equipment / Machinery sector, and this role is within the Customer Success, Service & Operations department.
