Job Description

As a Customer Executive (CE) at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for handling single or multiple distributors across various business scales. Your role involves representing PepsiCo in the market, where you will be tasked with planning, deploying, and executing joint business plans to drive sustainable sales capability. By supporting distributors in expanding their business through coaching and collaboration with the Distribution Business (DB) and/or a team of sales representatives, you will play a pivotal role in overcoming market challenges and ensuring incremental business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass various key areas: Market: - Achieving monthly secondary targets and fostering gross revenue growth - Strategically planning routes to enhance productivity - Expanding Net Distribution by increasing the number of outlets served - Growing Weighted Distribution by adding SKU varieties in existing outlets - Ensuring stock availability and effective Rack Execution in alignment with planograms - Establishing and nurturing relationships in the market to maximize customer satisfaction Training & Communication: - Providing one-on-one training to Sales Representatives (PSRs) to enhance their business acumen and sales capabilities - Setting monthly targets for each salesperson - Collaborating with salespersons in the market to coach them on effective market execution - Monitoring salesperson performance through regular sales reports - Communicating incentives and motivating salespersons to achieve targets Distributor: - Managing the appointment and retirement of Distributors/Hub/Spokes in specific territories - Monitoring the health of Distributor Business (DB) by ensuring adherence to Joint Business plans - Sharing responsibility for recruiting and retaining sales representatives - Minimizing product expiry and staleness through adherence to FIFO and stacking norms - Tracking accurate and timely delivery of orders in the market - Ensuring food compliance standards are met by every distributor - Supporting the development of distributors on PepsiCo sales competencies Your qualifications should include the following competencies: - Strong knowledge of FMCG Sales and Distribution Models - Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook - Proficiency in the local language (good to have) and basic English - Data proficiency, including understanding ROI models In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth and market success for PepsiCo, while also fostering strong relationships with distributors and sales teams to achieve collective objectives.,
