Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site)
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shift
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
· Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
· Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
· Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Positive attitude and willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift
Education:
· Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline.
Experience:
· Freshers and experienced candidates (0–1 years) are welcome.
