Customer Engagement Executive (Female)

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Actively handle incoming phone calls, especially for reservation inquiries and customer support.

* Reach out to both delivery and dine-in customers to update them about promotional offers, events, and special campaigns.

* Conduct franchise-related calling as directed by the management (e.g., coordination, follow-ups, data collection).

* Communicate effectively via phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain a polite, professional tone and ensure a positive customer experience.

* Keep basic records of calls, feedback, and responses in Excel or MS Office.

* Report daily updates to the assigned supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

* Prior guest service experience preferred.

* Good spoken English and communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer handling

Shift hours:

4pm - 9pm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
