Role Overview: As a Customer Engagement Associate at Mulmul, you will have the exciting opportunity to connect with our valued customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include informing customers about our latest collections, offers, and store updates. Additionally, you will engage with customers to understand their fashion preferences and provide guidance on suitable options. By doing so, you will not only enhance customer experience but also generate qualified leads by directing them to our stylists or stores.
