Vibi Software Solutions, a leading software development company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused telecaller to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Vibi Software Solutions’ services and offerings.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable services or solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Address client queries and assist in setting up meetings with the sales team.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Ability to handle rejection with resilience and stay motivated.
• Basic knowledge of software and IT solutions is a plus.
