Qualification:

MBA in Marketing, Operations, Strategy, or related fields

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Analyze customer journeys across digital platforms to identify pain points and opportunities
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences
Utilize data analytics to measure customer engagement and optimize strategies
Design and execute initiatives for improved communication across customer touchpoints
Ensure alignment of customer strategies with organizational objectives and branding
Contribute to the development of apps and mobility solutions with a customer-first approach
Support teams with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro for collaboration

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong knowledge of customer engagement tools, analytics, and techniques
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and whiteboard apps (e.g., Miro)
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Experience in digital transformation and customer-focused strategies
Team-oriented with proven ability to work in cross-functional environments
