Customer Engagement & Sales Manager

A leader in developing and operating soilless farms in India, we are focused on producing high quality, chemical-free, fresh produce.Headquartered in New Delhi, the organisation is expanding its outreach programs for customers and is seeking passionate and motivated young professionals to join its Customer Engagement and Sales team.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Responsible for customer acquisition and managing customer relationships.
  • Creating & managing sales plans & targets.
  • Customer acquisition through online & offline platforms.
  • Building and managing Sales MIS and Management reports.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years sales, customer engagement experience.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & CRM.
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.
