About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, proactive CESM Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. You’ll play a key role in supporting client engagement, backend coordination, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing follow-ups, and contributing to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in client onboarding, engagement, and daily coordination.
• Follow up with clients for pending data, documents, and approvals.
• Maintain and manage trackers, schedules, and notes related to client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, data, ops) to ensure timely deliverables.
• Help drive process improvements and support system documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, docs, and coordination tools.
• Available to work full-time from our Hyderabad office for the full duration.
