As a Customer Delight Executive, you will be the voice of EvolvX, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely resolutions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through the app features, subscription plans, and workout programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, nutrition, training) to resolve escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers when necessary.
• Proactively connect with members to ensure they feel engaged and supported throughout their journey.
• Strive to create a “delight” experience with every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred; regional languages are a plus).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay patient, empathetic, and positive in challenging situations.
• Prior experience in customer support/calling roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using email, chat, and other support systems.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or helping people is a big plus.

Pay: ₹10,033.14 - ₹22,000.00 per month
