As a Customer Delight Executive, you will be the voice of EvolvX, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Key Responsibilities : Provide timely resolutions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction. Guide customers through the app features, subscription plans, and workout programs. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, nutrition, training) to resolve escalations. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers when necessary. Proactively connect with members to ensure they feel engaged and supported throughout their journey. Strive to create a “delight” experience with every customer interaction. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred; regional languages are a plus). Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay patient, empathetic, and positive in challenging situations. Prior experience in customer support/calling roles is preferred but not mandatory.
