As a Customer Delight Executive at MyG, your role is to ensure every customer has a pleasant and satisfying experience. You’ll handle inquiries, provide product guidance, resolve issues, and promote a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm
• Recommend suitable products based on needs
• Handle complaints and resolve them efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
• Follow up with customers for feedback and service

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th or above qualification
• Good communication in Malayalam & English
• Passion for customer service
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
