Job Description

About the Role As a customer delight, you would be in charge of addressing customer issues , converting sales over call and resolving the issues in a timely and efficient manner and also to understand how the brand and the brand products are perceived in the market. The role also involves a study of Market i.e Market research and Customer behavior/ buyer persona Responsibilities Responsible for abandoned calls and conversion of these calls into sales on a daily basis. Monthly targets to be achieved Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies Impact the companys bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers Performing feedback calls and reporting the positives and negatives to the manager, sharing your perspective on the product R&D if any changes needed in the product. Coordinating with the operations team on managing time to time delivery of the products Skills & Requirements 1 year of proven experience in Customer service Ability to be self-sufficient and juggle many different types of projects on different timelines, with independent time-management skills Extremely good visual and content conceptualization skills Good Vocabulary skills, should be very fluent in English, Tamil . Knowing Hindi will be an advantage for the role.
