As a Customer Contact Comms Analyst at Accenture, your role involves managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing optimal resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs. Your proficiency in email and chat processes, along with good typing skills, will be essential for this role.
