Manage inbound and outbound calls for international customers
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
Follow call quality guidelines and meet performance standards
Maintain proper documentation of each interaction
Collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence
Strong verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
Open to freshers and experienced candidates
Comfortable with rotational night shifts
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Candidates available for immediate joining will be prioritized
