Position Summary

We are seeking well-spoken, customer-oriented professionals to manage international voice interactions. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly, handle queries with patience, and deliver a smooth customer experience for global clients.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for international customers

  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions

  • Follow call quality guidelines and meet performance standards

  • Maintain proper documentation of each interaction

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence


Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)

  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates

  • Comfortable with rotational night shifts

  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate

  • Candidates available for immediate joining will be prioritized
